◈ As we orbit the sun for the 8th time, we come together to celebrate our first, but not the last, anniversary event.
◈ Firstly, we want to thank everyone for all the support over the years, we wouldn’t be able to hold these events without you, so thank you so much.
◈ For this special event we have booked the great Parisian Partysan DJ DEEP. Alongside, we have our good friend and Regelbau crew member Mandee, the Manmade DeeJay, and to get the groove rolling we had to have some of our own house & techno connoisseur’s, Modest & Turning.
◈ As this is special event, we have a few extra fun things, one being a photo shoot so dress your wildest! Also! We will have the mesmerizing aerial acrobat, Daydream, who will unveil her show on Arealnet.
◈ Additionally the scene will be set with an installation by the abstract weavers, Lacing.Lab, who will elevate the space into a new dimension
◈ The party will of course be held in our beloved home A-huset at Institut for X, we wouldn’t have it any other place.

【 DJ Deep 】

Esteemed French DJ & Producer Cyril Etienne, known as DJ Deep, emerged from the Paris underground in the early 90's playing at Laurent Garnier parties such as Oz and Zoo at club Palace. Later he became a regular at the Rex Club and established his ‘A Deep Groove’ shows on pirate station Radio FG and later on Radio Nova. He quickly gained global recognition, and to this day he is held in high regard as a DJ and producer, with his past radio show on Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM to releasing on labels such as Rekids, Kaoz Theory and Tresor, and his very own Deeply Rooted label.
Skilfully blurring the lines between house and techno, DJ Deep joins the dots between classic and contemporary cuts with his own sense of story telling not only as a DJ and producer, but also as Deeply Rooted label boss and party curator. Over his career, he has cultivated a deserving reputation as someone with immaculate taste in music, no matter whether he's making it, playing it, or showcasing it on the radio.
DJ Deep has been an artist on our bookings wish list for many years and the day is finally here! We are very excited to host the master of groove at our humble home in Aarhus and we can’t wait to sweat to share that moment on our anniversary!

Long standing Regelbau member, DJ and producer Mathias Okholm a.k.a Mandee a.k.a Manmade DeeJay, has been releasing numerous tip-class records for over 8 years from deep house rollers to expressive Detroit style techno to sleek bass steppers. With a keen ear for good music, a passion for digging records, and years of experience DJing, from DIY Regelbau parties at Mejlegade 53 to playing around the world from Paris to New York, he’s definitely up there as one of the best DJs in Denmark, in our opinion. His unique mixes feel authentic, soulful and most of all super groovy with a charm that locks the collective conscious into pure bliss. We are thrilled to invite this master of craft back, this time for our anniversary event, and we can’t wait to get drawn to his charm.
【 Modest & Turing 】
FEUM residents and members, Maciej & Alan, a.k.a Modest & Turing, have been a significant part of evolving FEUM since the early days and through those years they’ve also grown as DJs, both in technical skill and in reading the room, always being able to push the groove for that party atmosphere. Both sharing a passion for deep groovy techno and house music, they share an ever growing eclectic collection, and no doubt they’ll be digging for more as you read this. As well as their taste in music, their close relationship and years of experience playing together give them a special and strong bond behind the decks. For sure they’ll be bringing their best for this one.
【 Lacing Laboratory 】
Led by Filip Rukan and Loic Luchini, design graduates from Kolding School of Design, is on a mission to breathe new life into the art of lace. Our studio is at Institut for X in Aarhus, where we research, host collaborative workshops, and craft innovative installations using recycled materials. At its heart, we want to ignite a passion for craftsmanship where tradition becomes the wellspring of innovation and excitement for young generations.
For the 8th anniversary of FEUM, Lacing_laboratory will take over Institut for X. A-House is about to be invaded by ropes and cables from the stage to the dancefloor. Perhaps even until the outdoors! As lace is made of knots connecting threads, FEUM events bring people together around diversity, curiosity and extravaganza.
